sharing internet

I have internet conenction (private IP address). I want to share my connection with my neighbour (it's not legal). how can i share internet with him, that my ISP can't recognize that more than 1 user is using internet?

Try to this like:


Computer A ------------> Switch <------------------------> Computer B

Where:
Computer A is your Computer !!
Computer B is your Neighbour Computer !!
