NO ACCESS TO USER ACCOUNTS

HI, I cannot get into user accounts under any circumstance. It is a dead link. What can i do????????? computer thinks that i am just a guest – not the administrator. When i go to logoff on the start menu, the only account i can select is this guest one, after i am logged off. please help if you can. thanks

Sounds like you have about the same issue that I have, except I do not have any choice. Hope someone out there can help. It appears to have been awhile since you wrote this. If you found an answer, would you please help me?
