Thread: Novell connectivity

    Novell connectivity

Novell promissed to release Novell client for Linux and Groupwise client for Linux......so far no results. I wonder if anybody was able to find something that allows to mount Novell volumes from the Linux box using IP connectivity only (our Novell servers don't run IPX anymore)
P.S. I'm aware of a number of tools that allow to mount novell drives from Linux using IPX and I was using them for a while.....but since we've migrated to pure IP environment I couldn't find the replacement....

    Re:Novell connectivity

I had started work on this last year, before the school switched to a windows 2003 network. all I remember is having to grab the ncpfs utils. Could be wrong.

to the best of my understanding ncpfs works with IPX only....I need pure IP connectivity.....
