    Stuck in Connecticut, again

    well guys,
Im stuck in connecticut aka groton again, and was wondering what i could do instead of drinking myself into oblivian, ritualistic suicide and/or serial killer. I dont have time to do the ritualisitic suicide or the serial killer so those are right out. (dammit)

    so.... and ideas?

You could go over to Mystic. Or if you are really, really brave, Province Town, Cape Cod. Or, you could go to Vermont or New Hampshire and enjoy the hills, er, I mean mountains. If you go to Woods Hole, MA you could take the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Not exactly a fun trip to make in the winter, but it's doable.

    Cheers

All that would probable make new england bearable but working 12's and usually thru lunch make it all the harder. Its gonna help the bottom line but I will probably volunteer to fight a rabid wolverine before coming back up here.

I feel your pain. I went to submarine school and tech school in Groton. That was almost twenty years ago, so I imagine things are different. I'd second what stryder144 said about Mystic- not too far away and very nice.

Daniel Boone SSBN 629. Also did a TAD run on the Woodrow Wilson SSBN 624. That was back in 1980s.
