... Is it possible to buy a better capasity PSU and fit it to the case? I know that the shuttle pcs are small, but surely you can get one somewhere?

Shuttle does sell a 250W PSU, but I agree with mac in that; if I'm going to move up, I'd rather move up to 300W or higher. Spending money on a PSU that's only 10W higher seems like a waste to me IMHO.

Well... All of this will be of no concern, unless I start having PSU related problems. But a quick search on Google seems to point to having a whole new case with a higher wattage PSU, or go with Shuttle's 250W unit that will fit in the current case. Of course, I could just hog out a big assed hole in the side of my case and mount a regular ATX PSU on there :P 8) .

I'll be posting an article on my site when the system is complete. I'm waiting on the CPU and a TV tuner card to finish assembly. If you haven't guessed by now, this will be a Linux-only box. Dual booting isn't an option for an always-on server/PVR machine, so Linux gets the first shot.
