glxgears fps
I was wondering if 900-910fps is ok. I'm asking because I just read a thread on JL wand one of the guys there had a GF2 and AMD 700Mhz Athlon and was getting about 1000-1100fps now I have a GF2 64MB DDR 4xagp and I want those FPS ;D (if even possible) is there anyway I can get those fps ??? ??? I already have the nvida drivers installed.
TIA

This machine is an 800mhz Duron with a GF2ti 64mb ddr.
I get 1573 (in the small window), using nvidia's binary drivers.

I have an Athlon XP 2400+ with a 32 MB TNT2 (AGP2x)
I get 290 fps, tops. When I overclock with nvclock, I can get over 300

Im using an AMD 2000 and a geforce4 with 64 M Ram. I think its 4x agp. On the small glxgears window, im pushing close to 3500 fps.

You have to lower your resolution I think, to get a better score.

Re:glxgears fps
I am running without the nVIDIA driver even and get 200fps while running at 1280x1024x24. You can see I havent been gaming as much lately ;D Oh and thats a GF2 on an Athlon TB-900/768MB RAM

Re:glxgears fps
I just appropriated a GeForce 4 MX420 64 MB SDR, and I am getting 1100 fps running at 1024x768x24. The titanium DDR models really kick the MX SDR models asses

Re:glxgears fps
Those are some low low FPS rates. ON a 2400+ with a GF3 I get around 4500 FPS. I guess everybody forgot about Lovechild's NVidia Tweaking PET. :P
BTW: That's at 1280x1024
