Limiting disk space & data transfer in user directories?

I lease a dedicated machine running RedHat 9.0 with the Plesk 6 control panel. What I'd like to do is set up multiple Web user accounts under a domain (so that they can be accessed at www.mydomain.com/~username/), but put limits on the disk space and monthly traffic allowed for each one.

It's easy to set up user accounts, and to set limits on disk & transfer for the domain, but in all the documentation I've read I can't find a way to set limits on individual Web users, which are essentially just sub-directories under the domain.

Does anyone have experience with this? If it's not a capability built into Plesk (which it doesn't appear to be), is there a workaround or some 3rd party solution available? Thanks.
