what's the difference between a cologne and Eau de Toilette?

Wierd, I thought one was a city in Germany and the other was a room in the house. How strange.
Really, there is no difference between the two, BB. I'm sure that there are technical differences between the two, but thanks to the typical American misuse of terms, I'm sure that we have blurred the lines between the two. That would make them essentially the same.
