    Enemy Territory slow

Hey guys I have looked around and could not find a solution. I have shut down all services and any apps running even loging out and back in didnt help. I don't want to restart my computer because it had been up for two weeks ;D (longest ever) and it was working fine two days ago ??? and I also upgraded to the latest version of ET.
