    What is apt4rpm?

    Is it like up2date? If so you might want to check the settings of it, it might reboot your pc when the updates are finished!

    I'm pretty sure with redhat network you could schedule a reboot.

    Okay, whats that?

    188 is a USB thing, I remember that.
    62 I s a lucent winmodem dsp driver I think.

    Are any of these parts failing?
    Have you tried reinstalling the software (Apt) ?
