PDF to DOC converter

Well I did a little searching on google and then some searching on sourceforge for a PDF to some sort of a document format. But I'm just not sure whats good, plus there were plenty of document TO PDF but I want it the other way. Actually its not for me its for some one I work with. But figured someone here has used something for this, so if you have any suggestions please let me know.

Look on freshmeat. There are quite a few out there. I found a ton while looking for .rtf -> anything other than .rtf converter. They are out there.
