Problems getting to LJR

today is the worst it's been in a long time, it's 4:26 pm here and this is the first time i could get into a thread today.

ya its having a hard time connecting to the forum/database, i cant count how many times i load the frontpage and the latest threads dont show up and i click o nthe linux forum and it doesnt connect.

At least we have a game plan now. If it does not improve by Tuesday, we are moving to a new server.

I tried to login today only to find out that I needed to register, again????? ???

I just experienced the problem again, so I requested to move the site to a different server. I hope it will be rather seamless, but if you are having problems with the site, just try again later, it will probably the result of the moving.

All right folks, we are on the new server. I know that the site was out of commission last night, but we had to deal with it in order to move the site to the new server. Hopefully this server will be faster and most of all more reliable. I'm still having problems with cgi scripts right now, but will be working with tech support today to resolve it.
