The limits of the nvidia tnt2.

I was bored so I decided to whip out nvclock and see what kind of torture my tnt2 card would take. I cranked the memory clock up to 210, and the core clock up to 180, then the display got fuzzy and my box locked.. Time to get some more cooling in this beast.

Be careful, I killed my TNT2 by overclocking it 10MHz higher than default. Of course, I didnt have any cooling but a generic heat sink, but, you might have already done some damage that cannot be fixed.

CP is right. Unless it shoots fire, you are weak. Get more power to it, crank it, and make it shoot fire like Truckasaurus.

Perhaps I should see if I can OC the old VooDoo3 and then I won't have to lose such a powerful card. lol.

    Same here! I'm wanting a PCI-based GeForceFX 5200, but the TNT2 isn't that bad.

    Cheers
