SCO declares Linux an illusion - it's not really there, it's all just SCO-Unixware in disguise.

Linus Torvalds is a fag says SCO lawyer (busy week, we didn't have time to make up a decent lie about Linux and it's apparent transgressions against the one true UNIX)

Well, if GPL is invalid think what will happen to all those licenses that take up more than a few paragraphs ... they must be doubly invalid.

if GPL is invalid then it doesn't force all GPL'ed to public domain, it's still copy written. meaning the GPL'ed code sco distributes on it's server (ftp://ftp.sco.com/pub/scolinux/server/4.0/updates/SRPMS)

is in violation of copy right law.

this whole situation has gotten way to riddiculus, and every move of theirs is just to make their stock prices jump again.
