    I dont know, I am currently downloading the Demo, from what I understand the performance is even better than windows so I will wait and see if my current computer doesnt explode.

    Nice, I am gonna give the demo a try. Hope my computer doesn't commit Seppuku after trying to run it tho ;-)

    Anyone find Doom3 for cheap anywhere? The forums are on fire at linuxgames with people having problems getting it to work.

    Yeah, the bummer with Linux is that there is no uniform way to get things to work. Unlike windows, where everything is the same, linux is usually customised and steers away from the "normal". That's why I hate Fedora Core, because they have a crumby patched kernel!!! I never knew that 3d was so advanced in Linux. I'll have to get on the net and get DOOM3!!! Just to let you all know, I have seen screens of Quake 4, using the DOOM3 engine, and boy, does it look good!!!
