I don't think any governments to date has ever succesfully converted 100% - and most of the people who announce such projects do so in order to get a Microsoft discount.
Do you know of any web page that lists governments who have embraced Linux ( or Open Source alternatives other than typical Unix/Windows )?
I'm doing some presentation and would like to include all the countries that embrace OSS model.
Thanks.

What about that Munich (I think thats how you spell it) provice in Germany? I heard they're switching to Linux, and M$ offered a deal, and they refused it.
Here in Florida, Largo change to linux too.
I'm not talking about totally converting to Linux or OSS.
I just want governments that embrace it such as Germany ( th e city of Munich ), China ( a big supporter of OSS model since they can totally change the code base ), Thailand, and so on.
I don't believe in running in only ONE OS no matter what it's. I just want to see which governments are smarten up and embrace it ( or at least try to ). Exclusion is that US Army which recently awarded M$ for exclusive software deal.
