    different console in non-X command prompt

    Hi,

    I remember seeing someone press a keyboard combo to switch to a different console in non-X command line. Can anyone share this with me?

    Do you mean ctrl-alt-F1 through to ctrl-alt-F6??

    Yes,

    Alt + Fn seems to switch virtual consoles.
