    Manually Configuring a Network Printer

Does anyone know how to configure a network printer manually in RH 7.3 (without using printconf-tui)?
    Thanks.

Not sure what you mean by manual. You can edit /etc/printcap by hand. If you mean with out a gui you cant you apsfilter. Which is a great app to configure your printer. Hope that helps.

Now that I think about it you can do what I am doing. I run a cups server to print to a remote printer. If you need anymore help I would be glad to help you.
