    Bandwidth limiting

I'm setting up a small network and the people I'm setting it up for need one IP on the network to have limited download bandwidth. It is set up SNAT. Is there a way to do this at the gateway with iptables/ maybe squid? Or is there a program that does this?

I did find one, but it wasnt GPL.

    Any thoughts welcome
