    Scriptkiddies have landed

The little turd-fondlers have struck my linux.net account.

I have 3 e-mails that say "Hacked by XXXXXXXXXXXX and so on.

Does this mean they have buggered some of my incomming e-mails? If its just another form of spam I can deal with it but I don't want to loose any mail.

There is only one recourse...........Hunt them down and kill them, then dispose of the bodies in an undisclosed location.

I do not believe in violence, ever, at any time, for any reason! If I did go after the evil doers, I would put them on public display.

I sent myself an e-mail from another account, it went through fine, so I assume that is just like spam, no?

Hopefully that was SPAM, otherwise they could still be hacking into your account as we speak...

Fatal Error, I really doubt they hacked anything. There are tons of auto-generated spam messages which can append the domain suffix of whatever account you have in the e-mail. I'd still change your password, but I doubt you have anything to worry about.

I hate the spam that you get and the subject is just a collection of ASCII characters. Do they really think that we'll open it, even if we can't read the ASCII title?

I think the spammers are just having fun spamming now. I get messages without any comprehensible text in the subject or the body. And the best part is...my spam filter still missed them! Some tweaking is in order!

Heh...yeah, as great as Thunderbird is, the junk mail controls leave a bit to be desired. I still get plenty of offers to buy precription drugs at low low prices, check out the hottest porn around (which I am perfectly capable of doing without the help of spammers, thank you), and get low interest rates. For something.

    Ramone street? That's awesome!
