Easiest way to block spam is to block all emails with modified headers.
I only get email from trusted addresses.

You can't expect an email client to know if you wanted to recieve a particular email, if they are coming from many different unknow addresses and containing unknown text.

If I send you an email telling you how awesome my new penis enlarger is, it'll probably be marked as spam. Silly
