New topic shouldn't display topic summary

when posting a new topic it shows topic summary, and i often think oh crap i'm posting a reply not a new topic, then realize i'm wrong and it's just a bug.

this should be fixed. there's no topic summary for a non-existant thread

Cloverm, I think there is a mod out for Yabb Se (I just installed Yabb again) and was looking for mods yesterday.

I will try to find the link and post it here for ya.
