How do I add email users to virtual domains in Redhat9 ?

I have setup Redhat 9 with virtual domains. But how do I add email users to the virtual domains. These are not normal users that should be able to login via telnet or ssh but just for email.

Not exactly sure, as I have never done it myself. However, the sendmail page for virtual hosting is here http://www.sendmail.org/virtual-hosting.html.
