04.07.03 - Bug in Internet Explorer Prevents Downloads
It seems that the latest release of Internet Explorer can not properly handle URLS with non-alphanumeric characters in them. For this reason, many users are having problems downloading GTK+; the browser chokes on the '+' character. SourceForge (our download server) does't have the ability to rename files, and due to the recent storms in the midwest, I am without a stable internet connection to upload a new file without the '+'. A new file will be up as soon as possible, but in the meantime I recommend using a standards-compliant browser such as Mozilla, Netscape 7, or Opera.
