Thread: apache+ssl

  1. #1

I have installed apache rpm version and php rpm version on rh7.3 box (just for the sake of change...I want to see how rpm versions can be configured)
So far php was integrated automatically, which is good. The question is what shuld I do in order to add SSL support for apache ....
(I used to use binary version and compile everything manually, but I can't figure out how to add ssl support for rpm install.....)
    Thanks you.

Get the mod_ssl rpm from RHN.

Just want to make sure.....when I install mod_ssl rpm, will it automatically enable ssl support for apache or some additional tweaking should be done?

AFAIK, ssl will be enabled automatically.
