What mail? Where the heck is this mail and how do I look at it?

Does my computer have a life of its own? Is it the Finns?

At the command line:

Type mail

Type whatever message number(s) are listed and read the messages (they come with the distro ) .

I think an exit command will get you out of the mail proggy after you're done :mrgreen: . You did mention that you'd done some re-installing lately, right?

Thanx for "mail" I found that I had mail because I was trying different commands. I'll bet "mail" is on the next page.

Fatal Error, THAT would be a kickass olympic event. Something like:

it's housekeeping messages. usually nothing really.

It did, but I don't remember how it happened (maybe, just maybe when I opened a term and did SU it popped up) Look, its smarter than you and it will tell you what it wants. Don't turn your back!!!!
