How can you add another root user to an RH box?

    Re:adding another root user

Two ways I know of are to add them to /etc/sudoers and do it the sudo way.

Or give them a UID of 0. A user with a UID of 0 has root privaleges.

add a new user the normal way (adduser or useradd whatever you prefer and whatever your distro lets you)

then in /etc/passwd change the uid (3rd field) to 0.

    got root?
