    What Messenger Program

Is there a Gaim or one similar to it for FBSD 4.7? I looked at the packages
on Freebsd.org package list and didn't seem to see any.

Does anybody know of one? It need to be one that uses multiple messengers.

    Thnx.

Try using the source and building it on your BSD rig. Thats what I would do. Although I though FBSD had Gaim in ports ... oh well. Try the stock source and see.

    GAIM is indeed in ports...

I prefer Psi (/usr/ports/net/psi) for multi-IMing. It's a Jabber client that does SSL connections to the server (use myjabber.net for SSL).
