    apache + lan + dialup

Ok, heres the deal. I have apache 1.3x setup on my linux box (192.168.0.2) while I dialup using my dads windoze box (192.168.0.1).. I can open up Mozilla on windoze and look at 192.168.0.2 just fine, but how would I allow someone (on the net) to enter my IP (changing whenever I dialup) to access the site that is hosted on my lan??

You'd have to have port forwarding setup on the machine connected to the 'net. Any request for port 80 should be re-directed to your 192.168.0.2 address.

You may want a dyndns (or other similar) account so that people don't have to enter your (changing) IP - they can just enter your hostname and connect.
