    Some PHP stuff...

I am now dabbing into PHP for websites and I was wondering how I could do the following:

1.) On the portal page of this site, there is a little section that allows people to log in. How do I do that on my site?

I am running phpBB2 2.0.7 and I have got other hacks, such as the recent forum posts hack, working.
