# Thread: Riddle for you all

pwrhouse: that answer doesn't work :-P. If you asked them both how the other guy would tell you how to get there one would be telling the truth and one would be lying ... how can you tell which on is the right one ... or they would both tell you the other guy is lying.

No it works, it is just complicated.
First: If you ask the guy from the tribe that always lies what the guy from the other tribe would say is the right way he would tell you the wrong way since he would lie about what the other guys real answer is.

Then...
If you ask the guy from the tribe that tells the truth he would also tell you the wrong way because he would tell you the truth about what the other guy would say but the other guy would tell you the wrong way.

See either way they would tell you the wrong way so you choose the opposite way that they tell you.

Make sense?
Like I said there is probably many more answers and most definitely a simpiler answer.

3.) What is greater than God. More evil than the Devil. The poor have it. The rich don't need it. And if you eat it, you'll die?

I see ... it works cause there is only two possible paths. The easiest solution is to ask 'Can you take me to your tribe?'
