Wifey likey Linux!

Having a gf that runs linux in CLI is cool. I have been thinking about talking her into installing X and a really lite wm.. Hardcore!

my girlfriend /asked/ me to help her install linux we still haven't had a chance yet though. i gave her a shell on my box and she's been playing with it a little. using mutt to email me and convert'ed a image she made in mspaint to png and threw in public_html so she could post it to a forum.

hehe, I dont blame ya (for wanting my gf that is).. her and I are going to build her and her mother computers (shes going to college next year) and she wants them both running linux (she said she wants us to have this 'date' and we would set up both boxes with Linux From Scratch - dude)

Where did you meet this chick?

I mean, the only woman I know personally who can install Linux by herself is NGene...
They are damn rare, I don't have to tell you she's a keeper, do I ?
