    Anyone knows a decent Windows Hex Editor?

    ... preferably with a decent GUI?

    open it with gvim and go to edit -> tools -> convert to hex - works great.

    Well... it does work, but not exactly my idea of a user-friendly hex editor.

    gVIM can edit in hex, it's a decent port, there's an option; although, I don't remember it exactly.
