TODAY SUCKED!!!

I have had a really shitty day at work today (main VPN server went down makes for a very busy Friday) and I was wondering if anyone would like to join me on a killing spree in UT2K4 this evening. I should be home no later than 1AM EST (did I mention today sucked) if any of you are free and have some bandwidth to spare post here and lets go!.

hey sry to hear about ur vpn, suxorz. just wondering what kind of vpn server are you using? i am wanting to set one up so when i get my laptop i can listen to my music off my file srvr. but im debateing what os to configure it on. Ive tried setting it up on windows 2003 srvr (in a virtual pc) and it seems to work but I always get a crappy 733 error, and i am always willing to use linux over windows for any thing. but just wondering how you have yours rigged?

Nexus2, if you're just talking about accessing your mp3s remotely, you don't need a VPN to do that. Check out Gnu mp3:

It allows you to stream mp3s from any broadband-connected machine and it's highly configurable. rpms, .debs, and the like are available for it. I have a couple of buddies who run it and it works like a voodoo charm.
