    Web tool

    How can I copy a web site.. For example:
    if I want to grap a copy of the front webpage and want to keep a almost working copy of it just to remind me of what tool would I need to use for that.

    wget can mirror a page.

    But I want it so that I can access for example LJR dir amd have a semi working copy of the front page with the source modified to point to the pics to its current dir. Like in Internet Explorer you can go to file save as and it will save it and see a webpage offline.

    Yeah, it can do that. I used it a week ago to mirror a gtk2 tutorial. Of course I found later that they offer a tarball of the site ;D But I did mirror the docs. There is a few different ways to use it, but ideally it is for mirroring.

    At mozdev.org you can get the leech plug-in I think it uses wget as backend. Then you just have to right click a web page and you can download everything down to a certain link depth.
