How to determine from logs which scsi disk is erroring

Hi. I'm getting the following entries in /var/log/messages:

Now, I'm guessing that one of my scsi disks is not a happy camper, but I'm not sure how to tell from the logs which disk is the one feeling crook. Can anyone tell me how to determine which disk is meant by [tt]device sd(8,33)[/tt] or [tt]dev 08:21[/tt] ?

hello,
on my setup (using SATA drives as SCSI) sdc1 is 8,33 and 8,21 is sdb5. I used to have those errors with my SATA drive, it was my disk having an issue with teh amount of data transfered at once. with kernel 2.4 I needed to limit it to 15kB per request, now it is smooth sailing
