Well, I heard it through the grape vine that the linux binaries may be realeased at quakecon (like in the super near future as quakecon is going on right now) So lets keep our fingers crossed, if this is the case, I will publicly and officially take back all of that crap I said in the first page of this thread.

Bloody Hell! Those bastards are going to do us just like bioware did when they released the linux client for NWN. ID Software basically made an announcement saying that the linux client is of the least importance. They will begin work on it after the demo (to make windows kids happy) and after the linux server (at least they see we are work exploiting for our server stability, thats good......right?)
