Whats a good colour for a motorcycle

If other please specify. I am thinking Yellow and black at the moment. I need to get the paint in a couple of days because the bike will be ready to paint then. But I need suggestions. So if anyone has any pictures of a good looking bike put a link up.

RED!!!! RED RED RED RED RED!!!! ;D

just like my sweet sweet bike! i'd post a pic but i don't have a digital camera, sorry. It's a 1980 suzuki DS-100, missing a few parts...like a muffler, any working lights, side panels...and a foot peg (it's currently a screwdriver held on with zip ties) If you don't want a red bike though, go for hot pink, you can never go wrong with hot pink ;D

Blue like a Yamaha R1/R6 or silver like a Kawasaki ZX6R.

Those bikes look great in those colours, especially the Yamaha. It looks good in any colour though, but especially blue.

You can't go wrong with your color choice. I prefer straight black or a deep, rich blue, but yellow and black are very complimentary. What type of bike is it (crotch-rocket, cruiser, etc)? I told my wife that I was going to pick up a used cruiser when I get backfrom Korea in a year or so. Now I need to work on getting promoted so that she won't nix that idea .

    Cheers

How about Black with a Tux emblem emblazened on the sides of the gas tank?

My Norton Atlas was silver; I've got a buddy that's got a 1953 Vincent Black Shadow that's stock red and black; VERY cool!!

I got tired of my DT400 being blue and yellow (the blue paint was chipping revealing the original yellow) so I spray painted it black. There is nothing more sexy than a big ass black dirt bike. I realized that any vehicle looks good in black. The question you should ask yourself is, "Flat black or glossy black?" That depends on the vehicle.

It depends on the bike but of course! Black is safe.
