/etc/init.d/named reload![]()
Dear all
In RedHat, after update data in DNS server, I used to restart the server everytime:
e.g. "/etc/init.d/named restart"
But can I do this without restarting the whole server?
Thanks
/etc/init.d/named reload![]()
Isn't that ndc reload (for bind8) or rndc reload (bind9). At least on debian.
Oh, I have no idea. :-\ I used exactly what I typed on my Debian Woody server and it worked fine. I'm not sure if I was suppossed to use those other things you typed, or not.
