Try one of these:
deb ftp://download.uk.kde.org/pub/kde/st...t/Debian/woody ./
deb http://download.at.kde.org/pub/kde/s.../Debian/woody/ ./
deb ftp://ftp.kde.org/pub/kde/stable/latest/Debian/woody/ ./

I went there and the kde source they had for sid didn't work right.
Cloverm would those work with sid?
I believe the KDE packages are the same for all Debian versions, but you could try to replace 'woody' with 'sid' in the URLs.

When I do that I get this after apt-get update:
And I got plenty of room on my hdCode:Reading Package Lists... Error! E: Dynamic MMap ran out of room E: Error occured while processing libarts1-mpeglib (NewVersion1) E: Problem with MergeList /var/lib/apt/lists/download.uk.kde.org_pub_kde_stable_latest_Debian_sid_._Packages E: The package lists or status file could not be parsed or opened.
