    I tried AT&T Broadband when it first came out. Much like everything new it had its problems.

    Positives:

    They were quick to answer phones at tech support
    Tech Support actually provided support
    over time the network stabilized and was pretty solid

    that was quick!!

    i signed up with covad and i am up and running with them already. pretty sweet i must say. speed seems good. i am a lucky man.
