    How to write a pet

I was wondering if there was a PET on writing a PET... I looked but didn't see anything, maybe I overlooked it??? Anyway I wasn't sure what, if any, kind of formatting is needed or is permitted(ie html, plain text).

    Sorry for the dumb question

Yes it seems that HTML tags are not allowed just check out my own pet not exactly very pretty. It would be nice if there were a ways to edit the your own pets, or a short explanation on how to format ( ie: bold, italic, that small code box ) the pet..

The PET script uses the same YaBBC tags as the forum. Check out here:

(For the most part, instead of using the HTML <tag> you would use [tag].)

Yeah, for the most part. But this doesn't always work so that converting html tags to YaBBC tags is not a trivial task that can be done with a one-line awk or sed script.

Is there any possibility to allow html tags in the PET section? That would make the maintainance alot easier.

Or else does anybody know of a html2ubb converter that does a decent job?
