Well, one night I was reall sleepy and I had just gotten out of the shower and grabbed a glass of water and my hands were somewhat wet from the glass and my hair from the shower ... I laid down on my water bed and decided it was to cold so I reached over to unplug my fan and quickly figured out that the plug was only half in and my wet hand was on the other half .....
