    bandwidth checking

Ok, i have a friend who just got dsl. He wants to check his bandwidth and see if he needs to adjust his mtr settings in windows to crank it up a notch. Anyone know any good sites for this?

It says my download is 21 kbps and my upload is 78 kbps. The download was a little less than it should be (26 to 28), but the upload was insanely high. Do any other dial-up users have the same results?
