stale lockfile in licq ?

After using licq since, well, forever it now refuses to load, with the following (these when trying in terminal, although menu doesn't work, nothing does.)

Can anyone bail me out?

hey ken,
merry Christmas - and the cd into the ~/.licq directory and remove the lock file. If that fails rename the ~/.licq directory and try to fire it up again.

I mv'd the folder and started again, and had to re-enter all the users, but hey, I'm back in biz.

There was no typical lockfile-looking thingie, so that mv seemed the quickest and it worked.
