    Largo loves Linux more than ever

    Even the Microsoft people couldn't refute the fact that Largo's current setup uses far less hardware and is far easier to administer and physically maintain than an equivalent Windows-based system.

    I find the savings information very interesting.

    Where the bulk of citys use about 3-4% of their budget on IT related costs, Largo uses only 1.3%...

    And I bet Linux benefits from this as well, more people using it, more testers, and city funds go to fix bugs.. what's not to like?

    I think I'll send mine as well.... only.... 45 mins...... give or take a few hours from my home
