    gpp and cpp yet more simple problomes

    ok all i need is g++ for fedora core 1 im looking on google but no help so far. could anyone help me here?

    Try "yum install g++" as root user. It also may be bundled with gcc, so you could also try "yum install gcc"

    I think g++ is part of gcc.

    I'm pretty sure g++ should be in the fedora cd's. Have you searched for it there?

    i tryed yum install g++ didnt work lemme try yum install gcc and i will tell you then if it doesnt work ill look on the disks

    ok yum install gcc worked but i had it and i dont have g++ or gpp or c++ or cpp so i go to compile something and this is the out put

    You need to install g++. Try searching through yum's manual(run: man yum) for an option that will let you search all the available packages .

    By the way, why not install mplayer instead of xine?
