    PHP Forum help...

    I have the latest PHP forum software. How do I get it to the website? Do I just upload it to the main directory? Sorry if I sound like a newbie, but I am ops:

    My Server Specs: AMD Athlon X2 3800+, 2gb DDR2 RAM, 1.5TB HDD, Ubuntu 9.10
    My Gaming PC: Intel Core 2 Duo 2.93ghz, 4gb DDR2 RAM, 9800GTX+

    Yea, there should be a complete set of instructions. It depends on where you want it to reside.

    It also depends on what software you're using. If its like phpBB or a CMS that has that within then you will also have to set up a SQL database to handle the data.
