    i like my gentoo anyway.. but it would be nice to stick SUSE on that extra partition...

    Yeah, SUSE is always nice to have around. Personally, I prefer more powerful distros, such as Debian, but sometimes it is nice to have SUSE. Also, if you are stuck with a crappy dial-up internet connection, it is nice to have a dvd full of all the packages you will ever want!
