    Plug and Pray USB webcam for RH8.0

    I hate the PNP term, but I am trying to find a cheap webcam that I can plug into the redhat box, start the box up and have it be recognized. If anyone knows of such a device please let me know. I thank you for your time.

    i have heard the IBM web cam sets up w/o a problem. check out gcam.

    I bought the cheapo IBM one for $30 and xawtv can find it fine. Just select camera as the video source.
